I agree to drop off and pick up my child at the scheduled times. Failure to do so will result in a $1.00 per minute charge. *

I agree, payment not received after 7 days of the due date will be subject to a 10% late fee, and tutoring services will be suspended until the outstanding balance, including any applicable late fees, is paid in full. *

I understand that if I must cancel or reschedule my appointment, I must give 24 hours' notice, unless it is an emergency. *

I will stay in constant communication with Redefined Teaching about my child’s progress in tutoring and in school.*
